After taking the dingy down we scouted around in the bays adjacent to the one we were in. We came across this Maltese registered boat. We chatted with a couple of the 8 member permanent crew on board. One of whom used to live and work in Vancouver and was exited to talk with some people from Canada. 

 We tucked in near the end of the bay and could not see anything from the new development from here.
