From Bodrum to Knidos

 On may 20th we left in the afternoon for Knidos.

 Only about 21 nm and we reached the light house on the mountain to Knidos.  this is the remains of the one time strategic and important city in the Hellenistic time.

All that is left today is the very safe harbor and ruins of the one time city of around 80.000 inhabitants.   

The anchorage was very protected and peaceful.
