From our anchorage we went to Turgutreis marina. (yesterday May 15th)
 Another "D MARINA" the same group as our home marina while in Turkey and one of a total of 5 in that group.

Yacht works ( the people who did our boat maintenance) also rent space in this location.

Can had promised to polish up our brass bell which had tarnished from all the salt water. This was not done in Didim so they will do this here. 










  Spices, spices, and more spices. Buckets full!!!!







 

Tired of taking in the sights of Tugutreis and the food smelled so good that we decided to sample the local cuisine.
They started us of with a samll salad and a LARGE BREAD!!!!
Can you believe the size of it??
It is called "balloon bread" it is very thin and full of air but very good.

When in Rome you do as the Romans do..... When in Turkey you do as the Turks do..... eat lamb!
It was also very good.
